Are you kind and nurturing or is that just how you seem?
Will you help me back to my feet when I fail and fall down?
Will you try to make smile when mine's turned into a frown?
Will you comfort and hold me when I need it the most?
Or is that just something you like to boast?
I really want to be with you
But not if any of this isn't true
Because I need a man who will treat me right
And not someone I have to wait up for all night.
So are you the one I've been waiting for?
Or have I once again picked the wrong door?
Are you really the guy you appear to be?
Or are you just making things up to get with me?
