I dreamt of you last night

I dreamt of your soft kisses

I dreamt of your warm embrace



As soon as  the dream began

It ended

The sun rose

I opened my eyes

And you were no longer there



I dreamt of your dark eyes

I dreamt of your soft voice

I dreamt of how you always hold me close



Again it was over

As soon as it had began

But this time

This time

I awoke with a smile



For this time  

I awoke

And i knew you where here
