in the darkness he crawls

looking as though he is searching

for what he does not know

reaching out

only to grab the empty air

crouching in the corner

he searches thru the darkness

for somthing he can not find

screams gone unheard

tears unseen

alone he waits

for a love not to be



he trys once more

a hand grasps his

words are whispered

promises told

arms he feels safe in



only to be droped once more

this time the hearts shattered

the love all gone

all because of a promise broken

words gone unspoken



alone he crouches

cries unheard

tears still fallen

no warm arms to hold him tight



all because she was a dream

that never was
