shes done it once,

shes done it twice

cryed herself to sleep,

as she payed her price.

she knew he never loved her,

but she tried to make him stay

chained herself to his heart,

but he didnt do the same.

he lets her go in the rain,

watch her tears slowly fade

in the shadows she bleeds,

watching her crimson rain.

she waites alone forever,

with him still in her heart

hopeing one day he'll come back to her,

and mend away her scars.

but all alone shes hideing,

waiting for her turn

for love to come and find her,

kiss away her burns.

she walks along the streets,

holding her heart in her hands

dieing faster inside,

she finally turns to her best friend.

is this a smile she see's,

deep inside his eyes

is this the love she wanted,

the one to hold her through her nights.

she searched for her companion,

but she's looked in the wrong place

she never saw what was right in front of her,

his beautiful angel face.

Author's Notes/Comments:
