The House

You cry because you feel invisible

I comfort you

But I'll never tell you that I'm glad you remain tucked away from the gaze of ordinary people

If they discovered what lies inside a one story house

with the rusted swing set and

flowers on the porch

I fear the world would be blinded by a brilliance they never knew could exist

They would steal you

cage you

They can't understand the mystery that you are

And the loneliness you feel is what makes you so different from the rest

So I soothe you with hollow phrases

And thank God you are alone

I love the otherworldiness way you wrote this.

abstract writing is hard to achieve especially at the level that others can plug in and in their own channel relate to it. Well done............M.
