In the essence of purity and revelation of sanity,
It’s the realization of reality that frightens humanity.
In a world of confusion and utter ignorance,
We are all just pawns, the universe’s peasants.
People refuse to accept the truth,
Like a 90 year old man trying to hold on to his youth.
We must face the fact that we have no other purpose,
Almost like the animals that entertain in a circus.
Reality is harsh and the acceptance is worse,
It’ll all be over soon as if it was just a curse.
Lives will be altered and time’s will change,
Only the memories of the past will hopefully remain.
Life’s a game, take it seriously,
Don’t walk about acting carelessly.
Your fate has probably already been chosen,
The gate to something better is slowly closing.
There’s nothing you can do but sit and wait,
Time will move slowly then you’ll meet your fate.
Whether it fortune, fame, or something maybe worse,
When it happens you’ll know it’s the end of the curse.
