Apropos of nothing

'I know that I know nothing'

Words supposedly said by Socrates

We're not sure that's what he said

We can't ask him cause he's dead

Why did he say such a thing?

Maybe it happened one day

He ran out of things to say

And rather be quiet

He said those words

It could've happened just that way

Socrates, he was a riot

How does Socrates know he knows nothing?

What does it even mean?

It's known as a paradox

Something that makes no sense on its face

But when you examine it

It turns out to be true

Or it may just to you

I know a paradox

They only take Medicare

They don't really care

What makes it worse is

They're always fighting with the nurses

Socrates was put on trial

They said he was corrupting Greek youth

I don't mean girls I mean the boys and

For that they made him drink the poison

That's the truth

Socrates said another thing supposedly

'The unexamined life is not worth living'

I can't be so forgiving

This is how he made a living?

By saying this crazy stuff?

Think that I have had enough

wonderful wonderful...

wonderful wonderful... welcome back !!!

The Greek Hebrew Roman cultures all

are connected in language and culture

to India where Sanskrit was the mother

of all 3 languages.

Some say that Greeks were kshatriyas (fighters)

kicked out of India for violence.

Perhaps we are all just projecting our own reality

onto others.
