That’s where they say it goes. Looking at the Nyc school system, it doesn’t seem to be helping that much. Click on link
In some states
In my state lottery money goes to education. Therefore, it is better yo buy lotto tickets than it is to pay taxes. Taxes go to war. Lotto money teaches our kids. Hmmm.... Something is wrong here.
