"i love you"
oh do you?
i was under the impression that love meant promises
i was very wrong
and i am sorry i put that pressure on your heart
but you said it
i heard it
"i love you"
well, i love you too
there's a difference between us though
i still love you
but you stopped
love doesn't just end though!
it's not possible
if that's what happened
then what you felt
was not love
what you felt
was far from love
because love doesn't just end!
it's more then that
love is a beautiful thing
love was given to us by God
as a gift
and we abuse it
we use it
for evil
and have the nerve to say
i don't love you anymore
God would frown upon that
when He gave us love
He never wanted us to return it
it was a gift from God
it doesn't just end
"i love you"
i still do
you never loved me
because, love doesn't just end!
I don't think this is a bad poem at all, in fact I think it's a very true, strong poem. Looking back on all that I've said about love, your words are much more poignant, and mine are much angrier. You have a way with words few people have, I hope you never lose it. And as long as you know me, I'll do what I can that you don't.
It's the Fourth of July. I don't know why "Fourth" is capitalized. I feel this very well. I've never been able to have a relationship if I don't feel that I am in love first. Is that a folly? "Well, she's cute.." is that the kind of demeanor I should have?
I don't know what I do right and what I do wrong. What should change, what should stay.
I do know that I feel this poem, though. Feel it well.
I love you too my best friend... forever!
=)
