Yes, although I did not have that thought in mind at the time. I was just comparing, within the terms of the film, the hypocrisy of museum displayed atomic bombs, but Godzilla---as much a victim (in the first film) as any other living being in that area---left only a skeleton at the bottom of the Sea of Japan.
