END OF LIFE

                  END OF LIFE

       The time is fast approaching

When my life on earth will be done

The things I see are all in the past

And I’m not having any fun

Is there a better life ahead?

        Do everyone’s dreams come true?

        Is there really another world?

I wish I knew what was true

        So many different stories

        Opinions seem to abound

Should we believe the things we hear?

        It all seems so profound

One of these days the truth will come out

By then it will be too late

So I’m going to enjoy this life

And leave things up to fate

This poem is a result of an aging mind and the things that most of us think about at one time or another.

Lifes ending.

I too am at he same stage as you. What is behind the Great Divide. I cannot picture myself sitting on a cloud playing a harp or waiting for my manna to be delivered it sounds terrible for one who hs led an active life. Is there a surprise waiting for us at the very end? I think not we will quietly return to the mass of learning from where we came at our birth. This period on earth will be  Good lucj and best wishes from Bern.a memory and our next birth will I think be a continuation of this life. It will in my opinion go on and on until we are all Gods in our own rights. What will be the worlds that we then make be any different to this one.
