Me (Low)

I've got a darker view on life

I believe it's here for me

To be composed by you

To be raped by culture

And sent back for view

I've got a rapists view on sex

I believe it's done for them

To be recieved by you

To be embraced by society

And be remembered by few

I've had a lovers view on the past

I believe it's for the best

To be destroyed by you

To be stored away by them

And be forgotten

I've got a marksmans view on death

I believe my aim to be perfect

To be endangered by you

To be expanded by them

And over-exaggerated

I've got this black view of life

I believe there's nothing we can do

Why bother...

Author's Notes/Comments:

I'd been doing alot of poetry about life and love and how good it is to look up and have hope. Then I kinda got into a dark mood (slightly after the Iraq war) and decided to do something darker and how we are incontrollable about things around us.
