In many moments I've brought ruin upon me,
I recognized it as it passed
It was my own doing as it fell to the burning
It was the burning that lay it waste
But I may take the blame, for I was the cause
Or rather some sort of catalyst,
To my own descent
I'm constructing towers and they hold me upright
A shallow architecture full of faults and probability,
And I fell several times after
But I've always kept rebuilding
Determined to be something better than rubble,
Better than refuse or scrap
To be something to admire
To inspire some pedestrian as they stroll
To create a catastrophe with my radiance
And to be something one could look upon, and say:
"Maybe some day, I'll be that way."
And mean it, with all their heart and mind.
hey. i really like this =)
it's pretty cool... i feel where you are.
