What if I were to kiss you, on one of our many nights together,
somehow any thought of that action, makes dealing with tragedy a little better,
well what if I were to slowly advance in your general direction,
hopefully you would accept me like a college, yet I refuse from fear of rejection,
what if I were to hold you closely, one night when you're cold,
how would we explain the feeling, if there are no other bidders it's sold,
what if I were to scream out, I love the feeling of when our eyes meet,
your green eyes seem to invite, but without an opener I refuse to come and greet,
what if I were to lay close to you, just to feel safe and warm with you,
well I refuse to speak highly about feelings, but an attraction for you is true,
what if I were to just hold your hand, why ruin something so beautiful,
I hope you find me more suitable, lately your eyes have been more distracting than usual,
well what if I were to kiss you, would it put a gap in between us,
please don't waste a fun time, with someone who cares and you can trust,
well I will continue to just stay friends, relationships aren't what I'm after,
I'm saving you from me, I am a natural disaster.
