I look into the eyes of memories

There is no strain for my eyes to see

The smile that I saw upon your face

The tightness that I felt of your embrace

I remember your touch for the first time

The stare of your eyes when they met mine



My heart begins to feel, that your heart is very near

And I pray, that God erases all my fear



I miss you when you are not next to me

To hold my hand and show me that you are happy

To see the loving sparkle in your eyes

To share my joys and my hurts, but never goodbye

To be entwined with you until we die



I know sometime I am jealous too

Not to be the one who is with you

I want to do everything that you do

To be by the side of my love so true

My mind thinks about you every day

Everything about you in every kind of way



I'm sorry if I am not all that you've dreamed

But I pray that when you see me, your eyes will gleam

I know that I am not the perfect kind of guy

But I will love you until the end of time

Our lives together will write a great love poem

Until God decides to take one of us home
