Sonnet-2 (Last Slumber)

Folder:
sʇǝuuos ʎɯ

Feeling drowsy after the end of the day,

Trying my best to hear, but I failed.

For a quite long time I am trying to say,

A boat in the sea will never be sailed!

I am drowning myself in an ocean of slumber,

Drowning in deeper, finally in the core of dark.

To the upcoming fate, I must have to surrender,

Turning off the light, even its last spark.

If I want to take the account of life,

I will get no hope except the sorrow.

Every time fighting with the strife,

Finally I see nothing is left for tomorrow.

My journey through last slumber will begin,

From that I will never come back again.

'(Rhyme Scheme 'ababcdcd efefgg')' —> You mean a Shakespearean sonnet because that is what it is, its schematic; 12 lines of iambic pentameter and in the end a couplet. (^_^) Great write due to its distressing nature.
