Oh the pain of living

the agony of dying

are more than I can bear.

Give me eternal slumber.



I. The Seduction

Death hears the pleas

of my dark heart

He whispers my name

in the stillness of the night

He calls me to join him

in his sacred tomb

I am powerless against

Death's immortal charm

O Death!

Throw me into ecstasy once more

Kill me with thy love

Give my thy dark beauty

Love me with a morbid passion

Free me from the curse of life.

I walk throught the

valley of the shadow of death

This is my dying hour.



II. The Suicide

The Angel of Death

stands ready at my side

Holding the knife out to

my impatient hand

Eager to seal my dark fate

Is this how I must die?

By my own hand

a crime against myself

But I am ready to trade this Hell

for another

Angel of Darkness

Angel of Death

help me face my fate

Dare I tear this virgin flesh?

Dare I mar my beauty with my blood?

Dare I murder myself?

Yes

Sing for me the funeral song

Sing my requiem

as my blood flows forevermore

Can Heaven love me now?
