She was so beautiful,
Like the sun in the sky.
Her skin glistened like an angel,
Almost made me cry.
I never thought,
Someone like that would be mine,
But I guess you just gotta give everything time.
I remember the first day we kissed,
A day I’ll remember,
Cause I love to reminisce.
Her hair was brown and beautiful,
It would shine in the sun,
I remember thinkin,
This girl’s everything I want.
She would talk to me,
And we’d sit on her bed,
Thoughts drifting towards each other,
Like an invisible magnet.
The first day after we met,
I asked her to be mine,
With a smile,
It was a yes,
In which she replied.
I liked her at first,
She was fun to talk to,
Could relate to things,
That I liked,
And that I do.
Then suddenly,
Without warning,
Everything changed,
I fell in love with her,
And it was never the same.
Everything changed for the better,
Nothing got worse,
I’d wake up every morning,
And couldn’t wait to talk to her.
She is my world and my sky,
The tears that I cry,
The love that I keep,
When I’m fallin’ asleep.
She’d come up to me,
And hug me,
Didn’t need a reason why,
And I would love every second,
Up until I die.
She would kiss me on the lips,
And I’d grab her by the hips,
And I’d pull her towards me,
And she’d never resist.
I knew that if this is,
What true love really was,
I’d take it with me forever,
She’s everything that I love.
