Tears

Tears fall as sadness encompasses my mind

Tears of pain and hurt are all I seem to find

As I look deep inside of me tears are all I see

Won’t someone wipe away these tears for me?

Tears fall as emptiness floods my inner soul

Tears of loneliness, are all that fills me now

As I search deep inside I find nowhere to hide

Is the no one there for me to set my soul free?

Tears fall, as sorrowfulness crush’s my heart

Tears of melancholic woe touches my core

As I look deep inside I see, all that is my part

Where is the one who comes to me with love?

Tears they cascade in waterfalls of turbulence

Flowing in rivers as gushing waters do stream

Deep inside of me they surge in relentlessness

Surely there is someone out there to dry my tears

Author's Notes/Comments:

Too many tears fall un-noticed by many and we all cry tears at some time. May there always be someone to dry your tears for you
