Rachel C: Those who read the text of Roe V Wade come to realize

that the main purpose of the legislation was protection of then mostly

male and now male and female physicians by granting immunity from

lawsuits for botched abortions.

My teacher said the soul enters the body in or after the 5th month,

the quickening, the time of the first heartbeat. Sometimes the soul enters

the body at the time of birth.

My friend had 3 abortions. She later went to a psychic with spiritual

discernment who knew nothing of her when saying to her "I see a soul has knocked on your door

3 times. The 4th time you will let hier in."  She quietly wept,

For the first time she believed she had not killed a soul but only delayed

her entry onto the human stage.

There is no mention in the New Testament of the Christian Bible

about abortion. I am ignorant as to any writings in the Torah or Talmud

on the subject.

I have never had an abortion, but have never had an abusive father or husband, have never faced having a lot of children with an abandoning father and no income, have never had a husband returning from the military after a year without leave to find me pregnant, have never faced any of the countless crises which others have faced.
