I wish I could take back all those pretty words I spoke into deaf ears,
I'm sorry but you will only end to be a complete waste of my time,
Thats just the way the world turns,
Some fall short and some get their ways.
She says "don't you worry, some day you're gonna shine,
I'm so sorry I was just a waste of your time"
And I could only relpy, "Sweetie so am I."
It was summer time,
Take the long way to the park,
Speak softly, can't hear a word you said.
Rub sticks together till we finially get a spark.
It was winter time,
I watched you that whole night,
breathe softly, you'd make anything look beautiful,
Tell me, what was it, what did we ignite?
