Who is it?
only offers me the same response,
Nobody..
Does nobody know about me,
about our family..
I’m sure nobody has no idea about your children
or our home..
I can only guess she is clueless
that you don’t spend nights alone..
That you wake in the morning
to breakfast and hugs..
To smiles and love
Does nobody know?
Does nobody take care of you
like I do?
Hold you when you’re weak,
When the world falls apart
or the night cries..
Does nobody make sick,
a new you,
like I do?
Can she stand by you
when you’re wrong?
Raise your children
to be what you’re not..
Does she hold you up
as high as I do..
Where you don’t belong..?
Can nobody give you what you have?
