our hearts & thoughts intertwine
the cloud I'm on has no number
because no one can count that high
with you I know no reality
I only know fantasy
simply because this is to good to be true
I can never say I don't deserve you
that would be a lie
I have earned you
I've waited through the years for you
rest assured you will be in my
embrace for eternity
for I will never let you go
This poem didn't throw me off track. It did touch a part of my heart that's a little broken right now. I don't know what it is about your poetry, it just heals me. Makes me laugh or makes me cry, either way, it's doing something good. Thanks :)
I had to read this twice, and @ first I thought
it was about your sons, but when I read it again
I realized that it could be about a significant other
so, what I'm tryna say is that I like how the poem
threw you off track (at least it did for me) and had
you wondering who the poem was about...this was good.
