Love In life we are given things
sometimes for free
i.e.
love
fate comes along and
Bam! Drops it in your lap
not to entrap you
but because maybe life
or fate feels you deserve it
but we are human
which means we are prone to
fuck it up
instead of allowing fate to flow
and be free
we all-of-the-sudden
become certified PhDs
in pyschology
we begin to analyze
this love
judge this love
pick apart this love
lower our own damn
self esteem by
questioning this love
when the smallest thing
starts to go wrong
you start saying "this
is happening for a reason"
Fuck that!
Seasons change for a reason
there is no reason to love
there is no rhyme to love
it happens
it comes
it hits you
and knocks your ass over
it immediately shows you
that you can't control it
you can't hide it
you can't deny it
it even has the balls to ask you,
"why even bother try'n?"
It lets you know it controls
you by confirming it thru
stomach butterflies
teary eyes
that excited feeling
between your thighs
sweaty hands
& you still don't understand
you don't control this shit
its fate baby let it flow
let it be
fuck all the psychology
the more you try to push
it away
the more you will piss
off fate
but
we are human which means
we are prone to fuck it up
