The Greater Plan

New Poems I needed a muse,
some inspiration.
And all it took,
was my situation.
To bring me back,
from my endless scans.
And set me back,
to the greater plan.
I can't say what the
future holds.
If I gained the world,
I'd just lose my soul.
I've been reminded
I'm not in control.
But I gain truth as the
plan unfolds.
See I saw the world
with me at the core.
Unenlightened, and
ignoring the score.
But we all have lessons
that we're bound to learn.
And that learning sometimes
may burn.
But the wounds will heal.
As wounds often can, and
our path is reset to the greater
plan.
So I must find strength,
and I must be bold,
step up to the plate,
as disciples of old.
So some may see me,
as an "also ran",
but I'll have my victory,
if I stick to his plan.
Without divine guidance,
I can't be "the man",
all success I owe to
the greater plan.
As it is said that the race
goes not to the swiftest man,
but he that endures and sticks
to the greater plan.

Another exceptionally moving and touching piece. One divinely sought and inspired. So many of us in this life face times of pain and suffering, indifference and loneliness, profound joy and happiness....but very few of us have been tempered like fine steel...through intense fire and chilling cold, with thorough molding and shaping by the Almighty Masters' powerful yet gentle hand. You have been "chosen" Joe, as few will ever be blessed enough to know...all in along the pathway.....leading you towards.....The Greater Plan.....

FOREGONE CONCLUSIONS:
Therefore look deep into oneself and find what
visions lie there and seek to tell their tale
without hesitation or delay. The truth delights
and lies dilute. Let the forgone conclusions of
your existence always be in your ability to look
towards and see the light. It is the polemark
which will see you through all adversity and
whatever illusions may come. This is the best
that I have to offer because it is the crux of
all I have learned. Grow. And be content in the
growing. Live. And be well in the living. From
these things, you will know...me.

( Ask God to show you, where to look inside yourself..for the answer to Your Purpose...It's right there :) )
You're quite an amazing man..but I knew that last year too.. :)
....Another "new" one posted..."A purpose driven Life"...God never intended for you to do life alone but to do life together in community....God planned everything and everyone. Therefore, every human has a divine purpose, according to God's master plan. Like a twist on John F. Kennedy's famous inaugural address,summed up like this: "So my fellow Christians, ask not what God can do for your life plan, ask what your life can do for God's plan." ...You will know in God's time..the plan He has for you..sweetheart!!...
