we met, we talked
we sat together, we laughed
we became the best of friends of all
but then, why this fall?

you took a few steps behind
you stopped having time
the hours talk lasted a few minutes
it felt as if this friendship was finished

then you went on to ignoring
oh friend once you were so adoring
but what was the reason behind this?
am i the one you never miss?

was it love that came between
that took away you from me
or was it because of hate
that came into your heart, because of my fate?
