VERSE 1    the sweetness of a christian life is

           more than a tongue can tell the streams

          of joy that floods the soul from christ

                         emanuel





verse 2   theres one whom we can depend when all

          the world goes wroung he'll lift us up

           on wings of love and give us a song .







verse 3   i"d rather have the joy that comes from

         serving god each day than all the earth

         pleasures here that soon shall pass away.
