In most families,they live a fatherless life,

But for me,it is different,

For I am blessed with not one,but two,

One that is my real father,

And the other tries to play that role too,

When Father's Day comes around,

I have to give extra love,

Not only to my father and step father,

But to the Lord above,

He blessed me with these two people,

And involved them in my life,

They help place my feet on solid ground,

And taught me what they know is right,

So I say Thank You to my two father's,

For helping and loving me through adolescence,

I am glad you stayed involved in my life,

And was able to teach me most of life's lessons,

For I am the lucky one and I am proudly confessing,

That I can truly call you two,

A Double Blessing!
