Hear me



Hear me screaming now (screaming)

Watch me running and hiding…Away from your presence



Your making me go insane.

So my tears fall cold and heavy like the rain.

What was it you said again?

Now this may seem strange but though you kind to me I’m afraid.

See life’s not always been so kind

Once upon a time someone was kind but it was cruelty in disguise.

And even you can’t make me believe my supposed beauty.

I See the faults in me…people have made it so.

Well what do you expect from a broken frightened girl?

Someone who shines all around the world?

Well that would be a disillusion

I’m not exactly unhappy

Instead I’m simply just not complete

And those kind things you whisper

I’m no fool to fall for it easily

So wake up form your dream, see you illusions… just me

Poets note:  just got really bored and had not written a poem in two years so I decided to write one and this is what I got, I didn’t need any inspiration…
