LEAD…ERR

No leader emerged on his own in the past;

Nor it’s going to happen in the present or future;

Either opportunities provided him a push; or

Contextual occurrences molded him as an incumbent;

No matter, the one who could adopt most survived the best!

A child is a child, in childhood; no matter, how it behaves;

A boy is a boy, in boyhood; no matter, how he acts;

An adult is an adult, in adulthood; no matter, what his deeds are;

However, people don’t blindly anoint anyone as their leader,

For, they believe it’s no sense to put anyone on a pedestal, unduly.

No miracle gives anyone immunity and makes him an undisputed leader;

To be an incumbent, one needs to inculcate the qualities of leadership;

The one, who is ready to learn and sweat it out, is open-heartedly elevated;

The one, who is open to criticisms and finds solutions to problems, is accepted;

The one, who understands the need of the hour and acts, remains successful on top.

No born leader is served on a platter; nor do people recognize any self-proclaimed leader;

Either someone ascends the summit by virtue of heirship, which is unlikely to happen now;

Or, on a rare occasion is catapulted to the pinnacle due to hero-worship or compassion;

Nevertheless, he has to prove himself and his own people that he is a cut above the rest;

To make a man of himself with a humane-heart and remain undetered on top.

Nevertheless, a leader is the one who serves everyone impartially;

But, not the one who longs for power and money and adorns a high post;

He is the one who keeps himself off guards and is always at the disposal of people;

He is the one who pays attention to the needy and serves them with a humane touch;

And most of all he sets his house in order and keeps him clean before entering public life.

False promises and improbable acts he should  never speak of to attain stardom;

'Coz, we know, we are just human and what's only humanly possible, we can fulfil.
