UP-BEAT

My heart thaws with the melting ice and merges with the steaming vapor;

It drifts off with the creamy clouds that take me to wondrous dreamy places;

So exciting, as it’s ready to cope up with the ups and downs of this worldly life,

As it acknowledges the earthly life that's nothing but problems and solutions.

No more nervousness, as my mind has regained its fullest confidence;

And for sure it’s ready to face all challenges without any grumbling;

Oh! What a way to liberate from the clutches of the wretched depression;

As I fly free, my mind is up-beat and nothing can keep me down anymore!

Oh!  It’s fun and frolic as I have begun to enjoy the pros and cons of such an amazing life;

It’s so fabulous as I’ve begun to experience the joys and sorrows of a precious life; and

Those happenings that kept me depressed had their last say on me and had gone forever!

And so, now my mind as such, is up-beat; and I know nothing in life can put me down!
