As I sit here thinking of you

I contemplate the past

Of the great life we had

I become sad

Sad because of the great things

We have yet to achieve

I sit here thinking of what I need

Do I need money , fame

Do I need a big house on the hill

Do I need friends

What makes me go

What gives me life

What makes the future

What is it I need

I need to touch your hair

I need to kiss the nape of your neck

Feel your breath in my ear

To look in your eyes and see you

To put my arms around you

Whether we are happy or sad

To hold your hand when you are sick

To support you in good times and bad

In your arms is where I need to be

Because there

To the future I can look

To the great life we can have

In love and driven

To the future we can make for ourselves

No mountain top is out of reach

No sea cannot be crossed

No obstacles can stand in our way

Together is where it is

For together we are strong

We are an unstoppable force

Brought together by fate

No , I dont need a big house on the hill
