I'm tired of people pushin me around

Messin up my life

When I'm up they get me down

Now I won't settle for second best

You better treat me right

Cuz I'm tired of this distress

They say they're lookin out for me

You know it isn't true

If they really did

I wouldn't be this blue

Now I'm doin the pushin

I'm pushin for my rights

Been gettin into lots of fights

But I've come out on top

So there's no way I'm gonna stop

I'm lookin out for me, myself, and I

If you're thinkin of messin me up

You better not try

Don't mess with me

You'll be settin your own trap

I'm tired of dealing with other peoples crap

You don't believe me

I can see it in your eyes

Try me and you'll get a big surprise
