darkness finds
it very difficult
to like the presence
of the light
though the light
can easily enough
accept the darkness
for what it stands for
'The Blanket'
that covers
the heavy cold of emptiness
and oh how the light surely loves
stripping the darkness
of its aggravating concealer .............
