faith in thee
I must somehow keep
I am scared
certainly
for I fear
your light you may take away
from me
but rather I choose to stand
firm
in the resovoir of love
you dug 11 days prior
just to get me nearer to thee
I have to hold on to that
for you are if nothing else
a man of such great
integrity
I can feel that
as sure as I feel
the fan's blast of air
upon my heated cheeks
and though I miss you
so very much now
still
in this uncertain silence
of what tomorrow holds
I love you more
and cling to this
beautiful idea of you
that you have given to me.........
