My heart
Goes out to
Her in many ways.
She used the tern
Gullible to describe
Herself in an e-mail she
Had written me today.
Ruth I’m here
To say you’re
NOT gullible
In anyway from
My point of you
You’re just being
A good mother
Like every woman whose
Ever given birth to
A child should do!
And you know
What the bible
Says “do unto others
As you would have them
do unto you”
So basically
God is saying
Treat others like
You always want
Be treated .
Even if it was
Your daughter who
Made you HOT
So to speak
Always treat
them with kindness
And generosity
With hopes they’ll
Do the same
If their were ever
To come a time
In your life
When you need
Somebody to lend
You a hand indeed.
So in answer to your
Question you’re not gullible
You’re just a friend and GREAT mother
Indeed!

Hi Lory, here it is Wed morning 240 a.m. and I lost track time tonight after daughter and grandson left after supper. When I read your piece here and in guest book it brought tears to my eyes. Yes, my daughter can be extremely infuriating and frustrating to me at times but I could never let her go without as long as I had it in my power to give her things she needed. Who knows, maybe a kick in the butt once in a while too hahalol..Your piece touched me very deeply, I do try with her though I must admit it is trying at times. Thanks for your kind words..
