There are words in my head

Emotions in my heart,

But when were not together

They all fall apart.



Like pieces of a puzzle

They all have a place.

Not until I see you

Do they fall into place



Like a key to a lock

You are to me

You opened up your arms

And set my heart free



You came into my life

Like the wind over the ocean

So fast and so sure

But all too uncertain



Like the changing winds

We were all too unsure

But we have made it this far

Our love will endure



From the very beginning

I knew in my heart

That you and I

Could never make it apart



My sweet girl

As surely as steel does not bend

Much the same is my love for you

it will last to the very end



The beauty I see

When I look at your face

Is like that of star

shooting through space



I just want you to know

It only gets better

For me and you

Because we will always be together.
