Seeing What's Not There.
Confusion holds me back a step
not sure I understand,
it seems you're slipping far from me
I don't know where you'll land.
I see you're smile, there's no clue
of what you're thinking now,
am I just over-thinking things
or have things veered off somehow.
You hold my hand and kiss my head
it seems like nothings wrong,
but there's a haze behind you're eyes
like part of you is gone.
We joke and talk and have our fun
but throughout it all i'm scared,
has something truly gone amiss
or am I seeing what's not there.
Confusion holds me back a step
and I can hardly breathe,
could the time really be coming
when you no longer love me.

to start with, my love of loves, this was well done and the begining rocked my socks off!
the perfect flow and rhyming of the first 12 lines just brain ninja me and I am all putty in my mind!
to move forward with, I must joke as always to ease the awkward and say BUT I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU! you'll always be a part of me, I'm part of you indeffinatly...remember?
and to finsh with, I am really hoping that this is not about Ger, are you ok? we need coffee, coffee is good
