eyes full of fury
and tears-
you don't know what to do
where to go
your all alone
I was all you had.
Your only purpose
an obsession-
"I loved her" your thinking
"That's why I did it".
your reflection doesn't answer
the rearview mirror, your eyes
only stare back at you.
Your not so sure now
about how you feel
or what you've done
the rain heavier
blinding your vision
I can see the pole-
the pole you never did.
Your own body bloodied
much like mine
in death-
I close your eyes
like you never did for me
you stand beside me watching
so in love.
