I'm looking into

those beautiful blue eyes

flecked with green and gold

like the ocean at sunset

as the sun drowns in the sea.

At how they hide beneath lashes

dark and long-

I envy them, as everyone else does.

I look beyond them-

regrettfully,

and hold back a sigh

that yearns to escape my lips

for the pain I see

the endless torture that becomes you.

Not the you I know

that anyone knows

but the one you hide

cage in-

and hope will die one day.

So sad-

so human, you can't deny

and I pull back

and close my eyes

so dissapointed

new point of view

for that beautiful blue.
