You taught me to regret

I think i'm getting good at it

I regret everything I do these days.



You taught me to hate

I was so far behind

but you brought me to speed.



You taught me to rush

I took to much care in everything

but that's no longer a problem.



You taught me to envy

I was happy with what I had

but now I see it's not enough.



You taught me to fear

I thought I would really be alright

now I won't go outside.



You taught me to lie

I thought honesty was best

but I guess that's not true.



You taught me to live

all by myself

like every other fool who listened.
