with unconscious will

and steadfast faith

so far and gone to places I may never see

I love your hope

And gentle humour

And your brightness upon my face

Almost blinding

So pure and radiant.

your thoughts

Like tiny diamonds

Or the autumn leaves that blow

And light my heart

Like notes of music.

I love your hands

Like floating whispers

As they trail across my back

If just in comfort

Or a simple act of tenderness.

Though your only there in memories

Though tears may fall

it cant be washed away

so entwined within my thoughts

my very being, my everyday

in moments short

or lifetimes long
