I say right now i'll be okay

when I see you with her

I say that it won't cause me pain

right now I am not sure.



I say that i'll support you

through whatever you may do

even if you one day hurt me

I will help in your path through.



I say that I will know you

when all others ain't so sure

I will look past all your faults

past your heart that isn't pure.



I say that I won't leave

and let you go through things alone

always know that I am there

even if only on the phone.



I say that I will care for you

'cause you'd do the same for me

a friends someone who gives a damn

that's what you'll always be.
