back when i was shorty n u was boo

back like the special year

when i aint have to shed a tear

back when we was best of friends

and we was no where near the end

can we go back to the first time we said we loved each other

remember how we laughed cause we were surprise

back when our love didn't demise

can we go back to when u knew u wanted me

back to holdin hands

and sharing future plans

please baby i know we cant turn back the hands of time

but could we go back to the days when all we did was smile
