"Conditions"
“Conditions?!?”
Love is supposed to have no limits.
At least that is what was told to me.
But, you love me on conditions.
How can that be?
If I lost some weight.
If I made your plates.
If I changed my hair.
If I’m always there.
If I changed my religion.
If I present no opposition and always let you win.
If I got smaller.
If I got taller.
I was I looked like the models on the T.V. screen.
If I allow no barrier to the drama you bring.
If I worked harder.
If I was smarter.
If I made more money.
If I was sweet as honey.
If I did a 360 and changed entirely.
If you want all that; then you don’t want me!
I have one condition; if you want to continue this relationship seriously.
And, that is that you wise up, and love me condition free!
