Churi kore nebe kalo megher dol, pabe amai,
Firbo tomar oi misti thote hasi hoye tobu.
E kon jana-ojana badhone joriechho amai,
Sritigulo hasai, kadai, nishobde kate prohor, opekkhai.

The stars may hide from view
Maybe disappear from your sky
But behind the dark clouds
