I’m crying my tearless weep

Until it’s time to go to sleep

Sleeping until the next morn

But I know it’s all forlorn



In my dreams I see all I yearn

But when I wake it all takes a turn

It all fades, because of the light of day

Now I wait until the sky turns to grey

So I can slip again in my dream

Where nothing is what it may seem



In my dreams all the pain is away

I’m numb; no one leave me decay

I’m dreaming away all the pain

Nothing is left, not even a stain
