twenty eleven
waiting for twenty twelve
talking like twenty ten

Resolutions,
mostly which will fail,
some probably should,
but none the less

and that's why january first won't change a thing

just like you can vote for the word change,
but have you gone and changed your life yet?
just like you can tear down an old flag,
