To separate
Ourselves
From those
With which
We don't agree
Or necessarily
Approve of
The walls
Put up by
The power hungry
In the name
Of conformity
We need to
Knock down these walls
That are only good
For one thing
And that thing
Is oppression
And learn to
Think for ourselves
Break the shackles
Of hatred and greed
And finally
Learn to see
What can truly
Be gained
By accepting
And learning
From each other
And then
Only then
Will we truly
Start to coexist
We will be free
