Music is my soul 
The calming chaos
That makes me whole
Opens my eyes
To possibilities
Never before seen
Makes me feel
Invincible
Like I can do anything
Just watch me 

It sets my mind free
And gives my heart wings
So it can fly
So high
Above the hate

And uncertainties
That the problems
In my life
Now seem
More silly
Than serious
I let the music
Wash over me

Cleansing me
Of madness
And worry
Like a security blanket
Making me feel
Oh so safe

While setting me free
How I could ever
Live without it
If need be

I just can't see
Because as far
As my soul is concerned
Fuck it

I am music
And music is me
